For 72 years, Seattle's old INS building was a mandatory stop for thousands of immigrants. Later, the imposing structure would find new life as a haven for artists and artisans. Now, the building is for sale and the arts community is working to save it. As summer winds down there's still plenty of time to hop on a bike and enjoy the outdoors.
