Many homeless folks will tell you they feel invisible - that society is passing them by, looking the other way, pretending they don't exist. Rex Hohlbein is working to change that. The one-time architect is drawing up new plans. He's helping the homeless find their sense of identity, feelings of self-worth, and an awareness that someone cares. As Jenny Cunningham reports, he's doing it one smile at a time.
