Homelessness is a baffling problem in this city with no solution in sight. Seattle's homeless issues are not new. A review of the Seattle Municipal Archives reveals similar challenges more than a century ago. Plus, a program designed to help homeless adults get back on their feet receives special status. And a Boy Scout troop opens its arms to those who struggle to fit in.
