The OUT Foundation's Will Lanier and Chloie Jönsson join Seattle gym owner and LGBTQ ally, Alyssa Royse, to talk about non-binary and transgender inclusion in gyms, athletic competitions, and everyday life. As part of the OUT Foundation's mission, they are conducting a nationwide town hall tour to serve the greater CrossFit, fitness and general business community on best practices for ensuring safe spaces for transgender and gender non-conforming athletes.
