Special Committee on City Light Strategic Plan Deliberate and review Seattle City Light's proposed six-year Strategic Plan for City Light including the level of O&M and capital expenditures and supporting rates for 2013-2018, make changes as appropriate, and to adopt a final Plan by the end of June 2012. |
