City Council`s Select Committee on the Minimum Wage and Income Inequality give their response to Mayor Ed Murray`s proposal to raise the minimum wage to $15/hour. The Council will begin working on the proposal Monday, May 5 at 2:30 p.m. after receiving an in-depth presentation on the Mayor`s proposal from representatives in the Mayor`s office and from the Mayor`s Income Inequality Advisory Committee.
