Ed McNaughton put up with a noisy neighbor for 11 long years. His neighbor wasn't just loud, it was an eyesore, it was dirty, and dangerous. Ed's apartment sat just 30 feet from the Alaskan Way Viaduct. Each morning he would open his blinds and all he would see is concrete, lots of concrete. His only wish was to see that neighbor leave town. And now that the viaduct is gone, Ed McNaughton, and many others, have a whole new outlook on life.
