Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan and other local transportation leaders mark the start of construction for the final phase of repairs to the West Seattle Bridge. The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) has been continually working to repair the West Seattle Bridge since it closed in March 2020. The final phase of repairs is starting on schedule, keeping the City on track to reopen the bridge in mid-2022. More information here.
