Seattle Mayor Katie B. Wilson joined leaders from Seattle Office of Labor Standards, Working Washington, and members of the community to celebrate a nearly $4.4 million settlement between the Seattle Office of Labor Standards and Uber Eats that benefited more than 14,000 drivers working in the city. The settlement addressed alleged violations involving pay for drivers whose orders were canceled for justified reasons and drivers who were not accurately compensated for their time.
