The Chinatown-International District is a cross section of cultures and customs making it one of Seattle's most cherished neighborhoods. Yet its residents have long felt ignored by police. Now, officers are more responsive, and residents are more connected. We'll explain what's behind the change. Also, May is Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month. See the lively performances that ushered in the celebration. And, celebrating Asian identity and history through storytelling is the foundation of the Wing Luke Museum. Hear some of those stories as The Wing marks its golden anniversary. Plus, the Congressional Gold Medal is the highest civilian award in this country.
