A multimillion dollar effort is underway to streamline a complex system of housing and social services for the homeless. Four parties: Seattle, King County, its suburban cities, and people with lived experiences will govern the new Regional Homelessness Authority. Previous attempts at a broader approach to ending the crisis have not worked. What's different this time and will the new partnership make a radical difference in improving lives? We also profile Eagle Village, a pilot project serving the Native American homeless community.
