Since September 1st, Seattle workers have started to accumulate paid time off under a new city law. Is the Paid Sick and Safe Time ordinance a boost for public health or a burden for local businesses? Will retailers increase their prices to absorb the new expense? We get both sides from Cupcake Royale founder Jody Hall and Seattle restaurateur John Schmidt.
