During the holidays, some people tend to go overboard when it comes to trimming the tree! For organizers of the annual Festival of Trees fundraiser at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, there’s no holding back. But their trees are richly decorated with elegance and style. And they sell for thousands of dollars. However, the deep-pocketed donors who shell out big money know that all the proceeds go to Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Uncompensated Care Fund and the hospital’s Autism Center.
