As Seafair events take place throughout the city, one group has been making kids of all ages laugh all over town. We're talking about the Seafair Clowns. And while they've been a staple in the festivities since the 1950's, this year marks a first for the group as they became an official non-profit. And their mission to help kids remains stronger than ever.
