Frustrated by potholes on your neighborhood street or a nearby park in need of a face lift? For a second year, Seattle gave people the power to choose what gets fixed. The city program is called "Your Voice, Your Choice." It features millions of reasons to participate, including a $3 million fund residents can tap into. Street- and park-repair projects that receive the most community votes are rewarded with varying amounts of money. Hing Hay Park in the Chinatown-International District was a recent winner and will receive $90,000 in upgrades! Nicole Sanchez reports.
