What happens when you turn a typewriter, a parakeet, a chihuahua, and crumpling paper into music? Talented young musicians at the Seattle Symphony’s Young Composers Workshop push the boundaries of classical sound with the introduction of electroacoustic samplings.  “It helped me get out of my shell a bit and experiment with music I didn’t even know I liked," says composer Aiden Ramirez.  Hear what they come up with and see why they are redefining what music can be.
