Teaching artist Amina Quraishi focuses on drawing geometric patterns with an isometric grid (a grid made of equilateral triangles) using a compass, ruler, and colored pencils. Download an isometric grid here. This lesson is great for learners of all ages, particularly youth grades 6-8.
