Durkan, Executive Director of the SODO BIA Erin Goodman, Café Avole owner Solomon Dubie, and Acting Director of the Office of Arts and Culture Calandra Childers join small business and neighborhood advocates to discuss Seattle Rescue Plan investments in small business and neighborhood recovery. $23 million in funding is proposed for investments in small business and neighborhood recovery, including apprenticeships and retraining, downtown and neighborhood recovery grants, and small business grants.
