Dr. Janice Fine, an associate professor at the Center for Innovation in Worker Organization (CIWO) and Labor Studies and Employment Relations (LSER) Departments at Rutgers University, held a lunch and learn at City Hall on May 10. Fine is an expert in labor and employment studies and is the leading scholar on the concept of co-enforcement of labor standards, or the ideas that community, workers and businesses all have a role to play in ensuring compliance with labor standards.
