Coping with Anxiety During COVID-19
4/23/20202:20
Now that many of us have been social distancing for a month or more, it's common to experience feelings of anxiety. Psychologist Dan Mosley with Red Cross Disaster Mental Health says one of the best things a person can do is just pause and let those feelings of worry wash over us and acknowledge that we're feeling overwhelmed.
