Video Voters’ Guide - November 7, 2023 General Election

Welcome to the 2023 Seattle & King County General Election Video Voters' Guide, your chance to hear directly from the participants appearing on the November 7 ballot. Statements are up to two minutes long and unedited. All candidates were invited to record a statement. This guide includes statements from candidates running for King County Director of Elections, Metropolitan King County Council, Port of Seattle, Seattle City Council, and Seattle School District. Supporters and opponents of City of Seattle Proposition 1 were invited to weigh in with pro and con video statements. This is an all-mail election. Instead of going to a polling place, ballots will be sent to all registered voters. You may return your ballot by mail or return it to one of the ballot drop box locations around King County by November 7.

King County residents can locate their congressional, legislative, county council, and city council voting districts using the "Find My Districts" tool on the King County Elections website.
