The Complete Communities Coalition hosted a rally outside Seattle City Hall in support of phase two of Seattle’s Comprehensive Plan. Coalition organizers, local leaders, and community members who attended called for a more affordable Seattle with more housing, parks, and public transit for all. Phase two focuses on upzoning in neighborhood centers and transit corridors, in line with the proposal developed by the Office of Planning and Community Development.
