On Jan. 22, 2020, gun violence rocked downtown Seattle killing a bystander, injuring 7 others, and leaving the community shaken and demanding solutions. Is a beefed-up police presence the right answer? Downtown residents and businesses say this is a wake-up call for city leaders to provide a plan. And some activists argue there needs to be more investment in at-risk youth to really make a difference.
