The 2025 King County’s Behavioral Health Legislative Forum was a conversation among the mental health and substance use recovery communities, state and local lawmakers, behavioral health providers, and King County leaders. Attendees learned about King County’s legislative priorities for behavioral health in 2026. The forum was produced and hosted by the Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) Behavioral Health and Recovery Division.
