As the April deadline approaches for the NBA to decide whether the Sacramento Kings can move to Seattle, many obstacles have emerged. Sacramento is putting together a counteroffer to keep the team, and Chris Hansen`s ownership group is facing two lawsuits to stop plans for a new sports arena in SODO.
