City Inside/Out: Election Reflections
11/8/201329:03
The votes are in. Seattle has its first openly gay mayor and a new way to elect its City Council members. And a $15-an-hour minimum wage is passing in the city of SeaTac. We hear from some of the winners and losers on the ballot and get perspective from a community panel about what`s next. Our studio guests include Estela Ortega, executive director of El Centro de la Raza; Carrie Dolwick, policy director of Transportation Choices; Pierce Murphy, director of the Office of Professional Accountability; and Nick Musser, president of the Seattle Restaurant Alliance and executive chef/owner of Icon Grill.
