City Inside/Out episodes

This November, Seattle voters will decide if we need to overhaul the way we elect our city council. Charter Amendment 19 would create voting by districts, and Proposition 1 would create public campaign financing. Will voters support new property taxes for the next six years to encourage more candidates to run? Will dividing the city into 7 geographical areas create a more representative government?
