You may remember being in elementary school and writing letters to pen pals around the world as part of the Sister Cities International program. Sister Cities are now celebrating more than six decades of promoting international understanding and goodwill as well as connecting people all over the globe. With sister-city partnerships in more than 150 countries around the world, Seattle is a leader in promoting and developing sister city relationships with 21 "siblings" of its own.
