Arts and Culture Videos
Teaching artist Roger Fernandes tells this Coast Salish story that will help the listener connect local Native cultures and offer philosophical insights as to how communities face threatening challenges. The concepts of cooperation and inspiration are spin-off conversations that can be generated in post-story discussions. This lesson is great for learners of all ages, particularly youth grades 3-8.
