Oskar Zambrano is the Latino Community Fund's director of civic engagement and leadership development. He explains how members of our state's smaller minority groups can feel isolated.  Zambrano discusses the network of students and other citizen organizations the fund helps cultivate and support to increase Latinos participation in civic and cultural life and leadership roles in our region.
