The past two years saw plenty of experimentation and innovation in the restaurant industry as businesses struggled to survive. Cooking schools also adapted, going virtual to stay afloat. A famed Seattle restaurateur and chef was among those charting a new course. And as schools went to remote learning, the Seattle School District worked overtime to feed students and families.
