The episode, “Three Generations Fighting the Fight”, highlights the work of the George family and their attempt to prevent the Trans Mountain Pipeline from traveling through the ancestral lands and waters of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. The Trans Mountain Pipeline would increase seven-fold the frequency of oil tanker traffic in the sacred waters of the Burrard Inlet. It is not if, but when an oil spill occurs and when it does happen it will lead to horrendous damage.
