Mayor Bruce Harrell, joined by community leaders, announced the opening of volunteer registration for the 3rd annual One Seattle Day of Service which will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
Joining together a diverse group of public, private, and non-profit partners and organizations, the City will provide a wide array of service opportunities including cleaning and beautification, gardening and restoration, helping neighbors in need, and more.
There are currently 2,500 volunteer slots open for 100 service events throughout the city, with more being added until the event. Organizations participating in this year’s Day of Service include Amazon, Patagonia Seattle, Mary’s Place, Food Lifeline, Byrd Barr Place, SODO BIA, Chinatown International District BIA, Alliance for Pioneer Square, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign FC, and Seattle Seahawks.
