The Seattle Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is a volunteer advisory board established by ordinance. The Board consults with and makes recommendations to the City Council, the Mayor, and the Superintendent regarding Seattle Parks and Recreation's policies for the planning, development and use of the City's park and recreation facilities.
