The regional spelling bee brings together students from schools across King and Snohomish Counties in a celebration of language, education and hard work. Congratulations go to the winner, Nidhi Achanta of Maywood Middle School in the Issaquah School District, who will represent the region at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. for the second year in a row.
