This fall, get ready for the latest initiative from Tim Eyman: I-1185. It asks voters to decide, for the fifth time, if our state lawmakers need a two-thirds majority to raise taxes. Supporters say I-1185 is the only way we can rein in government spending. But opponents say the measure keeps legislators from doing their jobs.
