Mayor Ed Murray and representatives from Bellwether Housing and University Christian Church celebrate the start of construction of Arbora Court, a new affordable housing development that will support individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. Once completed, the building will include 133 affordable apartments with an emphasis on family-friendly units, including two and three bedroom apartments.
