Celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Day on its 10th anniversary as an official citywide holiday with speakers, music, and performances across the city. In 2014, the City of Seattle first adopted a resolution declaring the second Monday in October Indigenous Peoples' Day, an opportunity to educate people, and to recognize and celebrate the cultures and values of the Indigenous peoples of our region.
