Art Zone: Local historian Brad Holden celebrates "Seattle's Queen of Neon"
2/21/20209:38
Bea Haverfield is the designer behind many of Seattle's iconic neon signs like Dick's Drive-In, Ivar's Acres of Clams, and Elephant Car Wash. She was relatively unknown until historian Brad Holden dug up her fascinating story for an article in the Pacific NW Magazine section of the Sunday Seattle Times.
