Rents are rising faster in Seattle than in any other major U.S. city. Rent control, tenants' rights and public investment in affordable housing were among the topics of discussion at a town hall addressing the city's affordable housing crisis. The April 23 forum at City Hall was hosted by Seattle City Councilmembers Kshama Sawant and Nick Licata.
