Black Coffee Northwest opened its doors just as many businesses were closing during the pandemic. Despite early setbacks, the café is thriving. And along with a great cup of coffee, it's also serving up an education in Black culture. Schools have also opened to in-person learning. And while technology has been essential for teachers this past year, one Seattle preschool, the Fiddleheads Forest School, prefers an unplugged approach in the classroom!
