Most people don't think of VHS tapes as historic, but some recordings are now 40 years old. That's a problem for a small West Seattle museum trying to preserve its video history before it disintegrates. Coming to the rescue: a tiny nonprofit located in Seattle City Hall called Moving Image Preservation of Puget Sound (MIPoPS). It has the tools to digitize everything from VHS to Betacam, one-inch to Hi8 video. As Diane Duthweiler reports, the work being done is preserving some interesting aspects of the city's history.
