50 years ago, the Boeing 747 took to the skies and changed commercial flight forever. But launching the world's first jumbo jet didn't come easily. After Boeing's SST lost out to the Concorde, the company banked on the 747 - investing heavily and hoping it would succeed. Company executives called for a speedy ramp-up of the 747. If not for the dedication of thousands of Boeing workers known as "the Incredibles," the 747 project would never have succeeded. Some of the original flight crew recently returned for the program's golden anniversary and shared dramatic and near-catastrophic stories. Jenny Cunningham reports.
